To ensure you're connecting to the newly configured print server (AS-PRQ) we'd like you to delete your existing printers that point to the old print server (AS-PRQ-01)
- Open System Settings or System Preferences (the name depends on what OS your computer is running) and find Printers & Scanners at the bottom of the menu on the left side.

Once your printers are removed you can follow instructions to add printers from the new print server, AS-PRQ .printers from Self Service found here Add Copiers via Self Service
