Accessing the in-app help

  1. In the Outlook app, tap the MenuImage Modified Menu button.

  2. Tap the SettingsImage ModifiedSettings button.

  3. Tap Help & Feedback.

  4. Tap FAQs.

  5. Select the topic you want to explore.

Turning off the Focused Inbox

  1. In the Outlook app, tap the MenuImage Modified Menu button.

  2. Tap the SettingsImage ModifiedSettings button.

  3. Toggle Focused Inbox off.

  4. If you don't want your email grouped by subject, toggle Organize mail by thread off.

Sync Contacts on iOS

  1. Tap the MenuImage ModifiedMenu button.

  2. Tap the SettingsImage ModifiedSettings button.

  3. Tap your Exchange account under Accounts.

  4. Toggle Save Contacts on.
