This page documents the use of Google Takeout is used to export and migrate transfer data from one Google Workspace content to a different Google Workspace accountaccount to another.

- Log into the account you want to transfer data from
- Go to https://takeout.google.com
- In Step 1 Select Data to Export, unselect all checkboxes and only select Photos
- Select Next Step
- In Step 2 Choose Filetype, Frequency, and Destination, set the Delivery Method to Send Download Link via Email
- Set Frequency to Export Once
- Leave Filetype and File Size as the default (.zip; 2 GB)
- Select Export
- Download the export on the following page

- Log into the Google account you want to place import the Photos into
- Go to https://photos.google.com
- On your computer, locate and extract the .zip archive from the previous step
- .zip file should begin with "takeout"
- In the extracted folder, go to takeout[...] > Takeout
- Drag and drop the Google Photos folder from your computer (in the Takeout folder) to your browser with Google Photos open
