Google Chrome 33.0 and above
When ever you select a link requiring that requires a pop-up is clicked on, it a message and they are currently blocked, you are provided the message " Pop-up blocked" which appears on the address bar which reads " Pop-up Blocked" this . This indicates that the pop-up was initiated by the webpage and chromeChrome's pop-up block feature prevented it from opening.
In such a case user must click on the message to enable pop-ups. Pop ups can be enabled by clicking on the message on from the drop down menu selecting "Always allow pop-ups from "nameofwebsite.com" or "myslice.syr.edu in this case
