Centro's BusTime app is integrated with the Syracuse University Mobile app and Syracuse University has integrated Centro’s bus information into the SU Mobile app. This allows you to check the current location of available buses as well as the estimated arrival times of Centro buses at for stops along main routes serving the University.It currently has information for the following Centro routes:

  • 43 Main Campus - includes service for 443 Connective Corridor.
  • 443 Connective Corridor - includes service for 344 South Campus, 43 Main Campus, and The Warehouse.
  • 44 Manley Field House - includes service for 443 Connective Corridor, 344 South Campus, and 444 Small Road.
  • 344 South Campus - includes service for 44 Manley Field House, 244 Slocum, 444 Small Road, and 544 Sky Hall Shuttle.
  • 45 SU - Destiny USA - Friday and Saturday night service to Destiny USA shopping center.

    The map view shows all stops for Centro's SU routes. If you have location services enabled on your device, the map will center on your position.

    To get arrival times for a given stop:

    1. Find your any bus stop.  You , identified as an orange and blue icon. Image Added  You can scroll and zoom the map to find the stop you are looking for.

    2. Click on the map marker for your bus stop and choose 'Show Arrivals"

    3. The lower part of your screen will show incoming buses for that stop. (within ~20 minutes)icon and information about that stop will be displayed. The information will also be down at the bottom of the screen.

    To get

    arrival times for

    information about a given

    stop

    bus:

    Choose which route, direction and stop you want information for. The lower part of your screen will show incoming buses for that stop. (within ~20 minutes)

    Favorite Stop

    You can save a stop as your favorite, and instantly get arrival times.

     

    With your stop selected in form view, click 'Save this stop'.

    You can then access arrival times for that stop at any time, by clicking the 'star' button.

    Data Refresh

    InfoThe BusTime data is refreshed every five minutes. The times at the bottom of the screen indicate how old the data is and when a new snapshot is available. You can reload the app by clicking the 'Refresh button.

    1. Click on the vehicle icon and information about that bus will be displayed. The bus route will also be displayed on the map.

    Search / Form View

    To search for a bus number, street name, or part of a name, click on the magnifying glass icon. Image Added 

    1. Search using the text box.

    2. Your search results will display below. Selecting the Show Stop On Map or the Show Bus On Map button will bring you back to the map and display the data.

    Service Bulletin View

    Selecting the Exclamation mark icon, Image Added , will switch you to the service bulletin screen. This will display any data Centro has added to the routes.
