  • If the mics are not transmitting sound even though they appear to be set up correctly (and the audio source in Zoom/Teams is set to 'Wireless Go II'), check

      • On the receiver, look for a small mic icon with a line through it next to the number. This icon shows the mic is muted.

    To toggle the mute state
      • There are two ways to fix this.
      • Quick method
        • On the transmitter, press the power button once and release quickly. The mute icon on the receiver should disappear.

      • Longer method
        • On the transmitter, press the '1/2' button until a small gray outline appears around the muted mic.

        • Then press the 'dB'
    /mute
        • button to unmute. The mute icon should then disappear.

      • Note that the mute state will persist through a power on/off.



    • Check to see if the receiver is actually powered on. If you see a battery icon as below, the receiver is powered off (but charging).

  • Check to see if the mic transmitter is no longer synced to the receiver.
    • On the receiver, the battery and wifi symbol will be empty.
    • On the mic transmitter, the left blue light will blink steadily.

    • To fix:
      • On the receiver, press the 1/2 button until there's an outline around the mic that lost its sync.
      • Now hold the 1/2 button down until the outline starts blinking. 
      • On the transmitter, quickly press the power button twice. (This has to be done before the outline on the receiver stops blinking. If you run out of time, repeat the previous step.)
      • Once the sync is re-established, the left blue light on the transmitter will remain on and stop blinking, and on the receiver the battery and wifi symbols will come to life.
