Qualtrics is one of the very few survey providers that gives unlimited support to all users. Every faculty, staff, and student will have access to phone and their support queue.

Having trouble with the features of the application you may contact support by calling 800-340-9194 or following the directions below to submit a Qualtrics Help Request.

Step-by-step guide

After logging into Qualtrics (Login Instructions)

  1. Select "Help" in the top right corner
  2. Select "Contact Support" to send a message or "Support Site" to search the Knowledgebase or Community
  3. After selecting "Contact Support" select "Sign in with SSO"
  4. Enter "SyracuseUniversity" as the Organization ID and select "Continue"


If your request is one regarding access, or change of ownership please email your request to qualtrics@ot.syr.edu 

for Technical support on how to use the features of the Qualtrics Application, login to the application first then select "Help" in the upper right. You will then have the option to navigate the "Support Site" or contact a support person.
