Create a Zoom Settings Link

1. Hover your mouse over +, Tool Link,

2. Name it Zoom Settings

3. Do not make it available to Users, click Submit

Accessing Zoom Class Settings

1. Click Zoom Settings

2. Click Personal Meeting Room

3. Scroll down, click Edit this Meeting

Settings

1. Set a passcode

2. Video on for host and off for participant

3. Audio: Both

4. Mute participants upon entry

5. Only authenticated users can join

6. Record the meeting automatically in the cloud

7. Save
