Cataloging checklist for MLK Environmental Justice collection.

  • MLK will send or deliver materials (books,videos,etc) directly to Brian McLaughlin. They will be kept together during cataloging and end processing.

  • Location and call number preface will be the same as for other MLK materials

  • 590 note:

  • Ford Foundation Gender and Environmental Justice collection, year.

  • Item type = Non-circulating

  • Cataloging will send materials to End Processing as a clearly identified group.

  • In addition to standard processing, a spine marker will be affixed to physically identify these items.

  • MLK will house collection in locked cases.
