How to print in gray scale during printer maintenance

If the Black and White printer is out of order or under maintenance, then students can print to the color printer using black and white settings and be charged the same price as the Black and White printer. Students and faculty can continue print from both the computer labs as well as the remote labs provided by the iSchool.

To print to the school printers, select the documents you would like to print and press CTRL + P or the printer symbol then select ist-s-labprint.ad.syr.edu.

Then select the check box that says print in gray scale (black and white).
