Enabling Large Gallery View in Teams

Microsoft Teams now matches Zoom's ability to display up to 49 people in grid view.

Instructions

1. Click your profile icon and then Settings.
   
   

   Open

   

2. Click General on the left and then enable "Turn on new meeting experience...".
   
   

   Open

   

3. Quit and restart Microsoft Teams. On Microsoft Windows, make sure to exit the Teams icon that may be hidden in the status tray.
   
   

   Open

   

4. While you are in a Teams video meeting, click the three dots and choose "Large gallery".
   Note that this feature is grayed out unless you have at least 10 video participants in the meeting.

5. Each meeting participant will need to go through these steps on their own account.
