Once you’ve created a requisition, select “Requisition Settings” to update the chartstring.

Scroll to the bottom of this page and enter chartstring information at bottom of screen in the box labeled “Accounting Defaults”

• Enter Chartfields1 (Fund, Dept, Program)

  • Enter Project, Activity & Bud Ref, MyCode and Work Order (if applicable).

  • If grant funds may have to enter SYRUN.

  • Enter Asset Information (account code) in separate tab.

• 

• It is possible to add multiple chart strings using the button.

• Enter the percentage under chartfields1.

• Click “ok” to save chart string info.
