There are two designated shared offices for faculty to reserve in Huntington Hall. These are Rooms 518HH and 472HH. There is also a collaboration space in Room 418HH that can be reserved for up to a dozen people.

Use the web calendar links above to view current schedules. If you refer to them often, you could add them as Room calendars to your Outlook client to view them there.
When creating the event in Outlook, use the scheduling assistant after you add that room and the room’s availability will appear there as well.
Create an event/appointment in Outlook.
In the "Search for a room or location” field, you can search for the room you want to reserve. Even putting the room number or starting with “Huntington” should provide a list where you can identify the Huntington Hall room you want.
Set up the rest of your event as typical with a title, time/date, required/optional attendees, description of event, etc.
After the invite is sent you will receive an accepted or declined message from the room, and if accepted it will show up both on your calendar and the room’s calendar.
