Qualtrics is one of the very few survey providers that gives unlimited support to all users. Every faculty, staff, and student will have access to phone and their support queue.
Having trouble with the features of the application you may contact support by calling 800-340-9194 or following the directions below to submit a Qualtrics Help Request.
After logging into Qualtrics (Login Instructions)
Select a response, for a specific issue select “I have a different support request”
Select the “Survey Platform” product from the drop down menu
Select the method you would like to use to contact support
Please note: Chat normally provides the quickest path to move your request forward. Email is typically a 24 hour turn around.
If your request is one regarding access, or change of ownership please email your request to qualtrics@ot.syr.edu
for Technical support on how to use the features of the Qualtrics Application, login to the application first then select "Help" in the upper right. You will then have the option to navigate the "Support Site" or contact a support person.
