Graduating students must notify the university that they intend to graduate through the File Diploma Request process, accessed through MySlice.

Only students who complete this process are included in degree certification review.

How to file your diploma request:

• Login to MySlice
• Go to "Student Home"
• Go to "Academics"
• Go to "Diploma Request"
• Specify the term (fall, spring or summer)
• Provide information for the diploma

*If you are an MPA student that is graduating after completing the June courses of PAI 752: MPA Workshop & PAI 753: Leadership & Public Policy then you should select summer as your expected graduation term.*

File Diploma Request Deadline for Spring 2024:

• If you plan to graduate in the Spring or Summer 2024 term then your file diploma request must be completed by March 1st 2024.

File Diploma Request Deadline for Fall 2024:

• If you plan to graduate in the Fall 2024 term then your file diploma request must be completed by November 1st 2024.
