The National Science Foundation has designated the National Institutes of Health’s SciENcv (Science Experts Network Curriculum Vitae) as an NSF-approved format for submission of current and pending support information and is encouraging its use to prepare a Current and Pending Support attachment for inclusion in proposals to NSF.

• SciENcv will produce an NSF-compliant PDF for Current and Pending Support. 
• Proposers must save these documents and submit them as part of their proposals via FastLane or Research.gov.

Alternatively, NSF has released a fillable PDF:  

• Proposers can download the form from NSF’s Current and Pending Support page, complete the form, and upload it as part of their proposal via FastLane or Research.gov.
