Ready to set up your SUMail on your Mac? We can help with that!

The following instructions are reflective of users of macOS Mojave (version 10.14).

Getting to Mail Setup

Add the steps involved:

  1. Go to the Mail.app

    Mail icon located on dock

  2. In Mail, choose Mail > Add Account

    account field highlighted in drop down

  3. Select Exchange Account

    exchange account option highlighted

  4. Enter your account information

    enter your netid and password

  5.  Choose Sign In

    choose the sign in option

  6.  Add your SUMail (NetID) password

    add your netid password

  7.  If you are prompted for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA or MFA), follow the on screen prompts to receive verification.

    approve the sign in request with the default methodapprove MFA 2FA with an alternate method

  8.  Once you're logged in, you can select what you would like to sync and then press Done.

    click done

    Congratulations! Your SUMail is all set up!
