What does Flow provide?

Microsoft Flow can be used to create automated workflows between your favorite apps and services. Some examples of what is possible with Flow are below.

• Get a notification when you receive an email from a specified sender

• Get notified when a work item is updated

What to know about Flow at Syracuse.

• Operation triggers involving email are not compatible with faculty and staff accounts.

Accessing Flow on Windows or Mac OS

Sign-In to Office 365 - follow Sign-In steps and click on the Flow Icon

If you do not see the Flow icon, click on "Explore all your apps" and navigate to the Flow section.
