Purpose

To submit the working hours or time off for a direct report

Start

Do this task anytime one of your direct reports needs their working hours or time off submitted for them.

Actions

1. Log into your MySlice home page.
   
   
   
2. Click Human Resources and Payroll Services.
3. Make sure you are at the Manager Self Service home page.
   
   
   
4. Click the Team Time tile.
   
   
   
5. Click Weekly Time on the left of the page.
   
   
   
6. Click Get Employees.
   
   
   
7. Click the person you want to submit time for.
   
   
   
8. If they have more than one job, choose the job to submit the time for.
9. Click the day you want to submit the time for.
10. Submit the time:
    1. Choose the type of time.
    2. Enter the hours.
    3. Click Submit.
       

Check your work

You successfully submitted the time if a Submitted Successfully message briefly shows at the top of the timesheet and the hours you submitted show up at the bottom of the timesheet.

11. Do you have more hours to submit?

• Yes, for this day: Repeat step 10
• Yes, but for another day: Use the left and right arrows to go to that day and then repeat step 10
  

• No: Click Weekly Time in the upper left corner.
