Name tag Printing & Printer Setup

For in-person fairs, you may want to explore name tag printing for your students upon check-in. Please refer to Kiosk Setup & Usage by Handshake or go directly to the following:

Typically, hardware needed will be the following:

  1. 4 Dymo Printers (see system requirements above)
  2. 4 laptops (configured by you or your IT team to work with the printers)
  3. Minimum 4 rolls of your preferred name tag printer paper ready for each Dymo printer during your event.
  4. Depending on the paper type, don't forget to account for your preferred name tag sleeves needed for each printed name tag.

For the Fair, setup needed will be the following:

  1. 1 - 2 6ft tables
  2. 1 - 2 surge protectors (each laptop and printer needs to have their respective charging cord plugged in)
