On the Extron Controller

Select PROJECTOR Left or Right - Press PC (Extended Desktop) – The other PROJECTOR should remain on PC (Main)

Confidence Monitor by default is on PC (Extended Desktop)

Teacher Station by default is on PC (Main)

Start you Zoom Session

Share Screen 

Open PowerPoint

Start Slideshow

Under Display Settings, Swap Presenter View and Slide Show 

This is the view you will see on your teacher station display

This is the view you will initially see of your attendees

Drag the attendee view to your extended display (confidence monitor)

You will also see this on your projector that you selected as the extended display

At the top of the attendee view, select Show grid video as highlighted in red

This is what will be displayed on your confidence monitor and projector

To expand, the view, drag from the lower right-hand corner

This is what will be displayed on the projectors in the classroom

To monitor your  Participants, select More on the Zoom toolbar and select Chat to open up the Chat window

To monitor your  Participants, select Participants on your Zoom toolbar, the Participants window will open.

Drag your Chat and Participant windows to your extended display (confidence monitor)
