Note: It is best practice to add a Personal Meeting Room password to protect against zoom bombers.

1. Go to your Blackboard course shell, and click on the Zoom Online Class link.
   
2. Open Zoom meetings
   
3. Sign in, sign in with SSO
   
4. Enter syracuseuniversity
   
5. Sign in with your NetID and password
   
   
   
6. Join with Computer Audio
   
7. Unmute Audio and start Video
   
8. Start Record, Record to the Cloud
   
9. Note: If auto-recording is enabled in settings the button will look like below
   1. 
10. Share Screen, Desktop 1, optimize for PC sound and Video, Share
    

Note: Make sure to put the content being shown to students on Desktop/Screen 1
