Welcome new VPA students! We are thrilled that you have decided to join us this fall.

From this point forward, the VPA Office of Student Success will be your main point of contact for questions regarding advising, academic progress, and any others you might have as you start your academic career at Syracuse University.

 

    1. The first step in the process is to confirm that you have received and reviewed your transfer credit evaluation. These are sent to you email address. Make sure to request official copies of your transcript be sent to our office email (vpaosa@syr.edu) or mailed directly:

If you completed coursework during the spring semester, wait until those grades have been posted before requesting a transcript. Once we have processed your final transcript, you will receive an updated credit evaluation outlining the number of credits that have been accepted.

    1. The second step is registration. A representative from the VPA Office of Student Success will contact you starting in early June to assist you with course selections.
