Official College of Visual and Performing Arts printed letterhead and envelopes may be ordered through the University’s Dupli online ordering system. Dupli is accessed through eProcurement on MySlice. Faculty and staff should request printed letterhead through their chair or director, who have designated administrators with eProcurement access.

How to Order Printed Letterhead

Please note: eProcurement access is required.

1. Log into eProcurement (e-Pro) via MySlice
2. Select "Create Requisition."
3. Select DupliOnline as the merchant
4. Select "Business Cards & Stationery" then "Create Job for College of Visual and Performing Arts" and letterhead or envelopes from the menu.
5. Fill in the information.
6. Select "View Proof" to view a proof. You also have the option to email a proof to yourself or someone else.
7. When you are satisfied with your letterhead or envelope, continue to checkout.

Electronic Letterhead

VPA’s Office of Communications has created electronic letterhead templates for each college administrative office and school/department. To obtain your area’s template and guidelines, email Lisa Kendrick, VPA’s graphic designer, at lakendri@syr.edu.
