At the back of the room, you will see Camera 2.

Teaching Workstation

The teaching workstation consists of multiple parts which allow you to control the classroom.  The teaching workstation sits on wheels allowing it to be mobile.

In the picture above, you will see the following:

Extron Control Panel

The control panel will activate when it senses someone in front of it.  The control panel will display the following screen by default:

From here, you can select which source you would like to use.  If you would like to use either HDMI or VGA, connect the respective cable to your device, and select the corresponding option on the control panel.

Once you’ve selected a source, you will be brought to the main control screen.  From the main control screen, you can control the monitor output, volume, lights, and cameras.

To power on the cameras select the Camera Control button on the control panel. A new window will pop up with options to adjust, source, preset, and power on the cameras. Both cameras will simultaneously power on upon selecting the camera power on option.

Select Monitor Control to customize different sources to different monitors.

Once you are finished with the teaching workstation, please select SYSTEM OFF to turn off the TVs and reset the lights.  Please place the wireless mouse back on the charging cradle to ensure that it can be used in other classes.
