2. SU offers voice conference calling.

Here are the steps:

• • Contact Telecom at telecom@syr.edu in advance to request a date and time for the call.

• • After they schedule the call, you will be given a campus number and toll free number to use. The participants can call into one of these numbers from whatever phone they are at. There is no passcode to enter.

• • Let the participants know that the first person calling will only hear ringing until another person dials in, then the conference call will start and others can continue to call in.
