Troubleshooting Placement Exam issues
If any of the following are true, please contact the ITS Help Desk.
You do not see Placement Exams under Student Services in MySlice.
You can get to the Blackboard login screen, but are unable to log in.
You logged into Blackboard, but do not see the Placement Exams Course.
You lose the connection to Blackboard before completing and submitting the placement exams and cannot access the exam after logging in again.
