A/V Support for Live Events on Campus

Support with in-room technology including:

• Microphones

• Displays and projection systems

LEMP supports the technology portion of CART and will connect to your transcriptionist. We will connect the transcriptionist with audio and display the transcription/captions onsite. Note, some classrooms have built in CART capabilities or LEMP may be required to bring in a television to display CART. A transcriptionist will need to be requested separately to transcribe the in room audio. Recommended transcriptionists include:

• Professional Reporting Services

• Caption Advantage, LLC

Mobile A/V systems can be added to events held in spaces without built-in technology, including:

• Additional Microphones

• Podiums

• Portable Displays

• Portable Public Address Systems

• Uplighting

1080p HD video recordings.

Multi-Camera recordings and editing can be requested based on LEMP's availability. Please note that these recordings are meant for archiving;

Please note that it is the University’s policy that all public-facing videos need to be captioned. The University is contracted with Automatic Sync to provide special rates for captioning.
