 How do I download the app?

The app is designed for Apple and Google products and the links to the stores can be found here: https://its.syr.edu/orangenow

 How do I choose a different persona/experience?

If you need to select a different persona, choose the avatar icon at the top right corner of the app. Then click on the My Persona bar to switch to a different persona.

 How can I connect to Blackboard?

Current Students can view Blackboard Due Dates, Announcements, and other Blackboard items right through the app. From the Current Students experience, on the main page, open the Due Dates or the Blackboard Announcements section and you see the Blackboard items. If you are not logged into Blackboard, the app will display a Connect buton. Select the button and use your netID and password.

 I have a technical issue, how can I request help?

 I have feedback or a feature request, how can I submit?

ITS will collect all feedback and feature request through a form. OrangeNow Feedback Form
