A guide to connecting to AirOrangeGuest Network

Description

This document describes how to utilize the AirOrangeGuest wireless access. It describes how to create a sponsored guest account from a wired connection and how to create a self sponsored account from the AirOrangeGuest web page.

Wired Network

This will open below page.

  • Click on Create Guest Account on the upper left side (highlighted in above screen-shot) to view the Wireless Guest Account Creation page.
  • Enter the information needed.
  1. SU Sponsor ID: Enter Sponsor's SUID
  2. SU Sponsor Password: Enter sponsor's password.
  3. Email address or 10-digit Cell Phone Number: (no 1 is required)
    • Enter a phone number for text message
    • OR Enter Email address.
  4. New Password: Enter the self selected password.
  5. Re-Enter New Password: Confirm the new password by entering again.

  • Once this information is entered, click on Proceed. This would send the information to your guest.

Email: (Phone number)
Password: (Password entered)
Service: 2 weeks

  • With this information, your guest would be able to log-in through AirOrangeGuest SSID portal.
  • To access the internet, the guest can try hitting any web-page which would bring them to AirOrangeGuest SSID portal.
  • Enter the ID (cell-phone number) and the password (as per the text message received) and click on Log-in. This would connect you to the web-page.

Wireless Network

  • Connect to the AirOrangeGuest network.

  • You can create self-sponsored log-in by clicking on Self-sponsored Guest Account Creation. Below window will appear:

  • Key in the required details. And hit Proceed. This would send the information to the cell-phone with which the guest can access the internet.
  • When the web browser is opened or web-page is browsed, it would take you to the below screen. (Wireless Guest Services Portal)

  • Enter the cell-phone number as the Guest ID and password received through the message. Read and tick the I accept terms of Services check box and hit Log-in.
  • This would allow the guest to have access to the internet.

Notes

1. The cell-phone number can be used only for 5 days in 30 days.
2. Only 1 logins per user is allowed.
