Accessible Documents: Building Accessibility Into Existing PDFs | This workshop will focus on incorporating accessibility features into existing PDF documents. It is always better to build as much accessibility into the source document (.docx, .pptx or .indd) as possible before converting to PDF. In situations where you don’t have the source document, you can build accessibility into an existing PDF using Adobe Acrobat DC. Techniques include:

Creating Accessible Documents Using InDesign | This workshop will cover core InDesign accessibility concepts and specific best practices for document accessibility. Attendees should have a working knowledge of InDesign prior to attending. Please note: To accommodate a larger number of attendees, different operating systems (PC/Mac), and different versions of InDesign, this session will be held in a classroom that does not have workstations. Accessibility in the Procurement Process (Two Parts) | These training sessions are designed for IT Directors and their staff who will be involved in the accessibility assessment of products during the procurement process.
