You can now make your own reservations for HGL 102, 110, 210, 217, and 219 by sending a meeting invitation to the corresponding email address. If there is no conflict, your meeting will automatically be accepted. You cannot make a reservation more than 90 days in advance. You will still need to submit a request for the vans, the 333 rooms, and the computer lab (005).
Maximum seating capacities will be updated soon for Fall 2021.
