Equipment & Loans

General equipment loan terms

A valid SU ID card is required and will be held until all borrowed items are returned. All Items must be returned by 7:45 p.m. the day they are borrowed.

A student may not borrow equipment on another student's behalf, nor may they borrow more than one of any particular item (for example, you may not borrow two laptops or two calculators, etc.).

Students who borrow equipment from Whitman 210C assume responsibility for proper handling and using the borrowed device, including repair/replacement costs if necessary. If repair is required, the borrowing student assumes the cost of parts to repair the damaged item. If the item is damaged beyond repair, the student assumes the cost of replacing the damaged item.
