As you may know, the School of Education (SOE) at Syracuse University has been engaged for the past two years in a comprehensive redesign of our structures, actions, and messages to promote:
- Greater appeal for students whose interests align with our areas of distinction,
- Increased commitment to antiracism and inclusion,
- Greater efficiency to create new bandwidth for faculty and staff to innovate, and a
- Stronger commitment to fiscal sustainability.
This fall, the next phase of this process involves participation in a refresh of the academic strategic plan for the overall University and its component parts.
The goal of this process is to identify how we can use SOE’s existing strengths to create more distinctive excellence in research and creative work, educational excellence and student success, and public impact over the next five years.
Thank you for completing the Community Survey (see button below). Perspectives from important constituencies are critical to the success of this process.
