Follow the steps below to download an attachment a student has bulk download attachments students have submitted with an electronically submitted assignment that has been created by using the Assessment/Assignment tool in Blackboard.There are 2 basic methods for downloading student assignments - individually or as a bulk (.zip) download.

"Bulk" Download

  1. Go into the Grade Center.
  2. Scroll to the right until you see the assignment

Steps for "Bulk" Download

  1. Go into the Grade Center.
  2. Scroll to the right until you see the assignments you are looking for.
  3. Hover your mouse over the assignment until the icon shows with the double down arrows, and click on that.
  4. Choose "View Grade Details".
  5. In the Attempts section, click the double down arrow icon next to the green and select "Open Attempt".
  6. In section 3 of the window that appears you should see the attached document, click on it to download itpage will the students/users listed and any student who has submitted the assignment will have a blank checkbox the left of their name. Click on the checkbox at the top of the column to select all students with submissions. Click Submit.

  7. You will receive a confirmation message with a link to download all the assignments as a .zip file and the size of the download.
