Learn Listserv Subscriber and Owner Tips
  • LSoft User's Guide
  • Other Listserv Resources

    CataList

This is the official worldwide directory of Listserv public email lists. This list is very accurate and up to date, but it includes only Listserv lists. http://www.lsoft.com/lists/listref.html

    Liszt

Aims to include every mailing list everywhere (including the lists in the previously mentioned CataList). This site is not perfect. Some of the information is out of date or incorrect as there is no reliable central source from which to compile the information. However it is still useful. http://www.liszt.com

The Directory of Scholarly and Professional E-Conferences

This is another resource; it probably has a lot of overlap with Liszt. http://www.kovacs.com/directory/

    Getting Help

Subscribers and list members should contact their list owner(s) for assistance by emailing <listname-request@listserv.syr.edu>. For example, if the listserv is clocks@listserv.syr.edu, send email to <clocks-request@listserv.syr.edu>.

For support of the information above, contact the ITS Help Desk by calling at 315-443-2677, by emailing help@syr.edu, or

    by stopping into 1-227 CST

visiting the http://its.syr.edu/its_service_center/ in the Women’s Building.
