NOTE: Suggested solution for ECS students
Due to the unique situation facing the campus community, and in an effort to support remote learning, on campus lab computers have been temporarily repurposed for remote access. Currently, 60 ECS computer lab PCs are available for remote connection fully featuring all software normally found on these machines. Instructions for connecting to this service are available for download below. Please contact our Helpdesk with any questions or concerns by emailing: ecscit@syr.edu.

Important Information
Log Out – The remote access server is automatically rebooted and has Windows Updates installed the third Tuesday of each month between 4-6am. If you are logged in and have unsaved work you will lose your work. Make sure to save your work, and log off instead of just closing the window each time you use the remote access server.
