Method A creates a direct link to your personal Zoom meeting room for fast access.

Method B adds the full Blackboard Zoom Meeting tool, which has access to advanced scheduling and settings but is slower to start the class.

1. Open your Blackboard course and click on Tools

   Click Zoom Meeting

   1. If you have not yet set up the Zoom Settings link see Zoom Online Class Recommended Settings

2. Click Personal Meeting Room

3. Copy your Join URL

4. Navigate back to the Blackboard course home page, hover the mouse over +, click Web Link

5. Name it Zoom Online Class, paste in the Join URL, check Available to Users, Submit

6. The direct Web Link to your Zoom Online Class is now in the navigation menu

Method B

Open your Blackboard course, on the top left of the screen, hover your mouse over the + icon and click Tool Link.

1. Name it Zoom Online Class, Select Zoom Meeting Type.

2.  Click Available to Users, and click Submit.

   The Zoom Tool link Click the down arrow next to Zoom Online Class, click Set Link to Open in New Window

3. The direct Web Link to your Zoom class is now in the navigation menu
