Note: It is best practice to add a Personal Meeting Room password to protect against zoom bombers.

1. Open your Blackboard course and click on Zoom Settings
   1. If you have not yet set up the Zoom Settings link see Zoom Online Class Recommended Settings

2. Click Personal Meeting Room

3. Copy your Join URL

4. Navigate back to the Blackboard course home page, hover the mouse over +, click Web Link

5. Name it Zoom Online Class, Select Zoom Meeting Type.

    Check off Available to Users, and click Submit.

   This is what the menu link will look like after successfully creating the Zoom link

6. Click the down arrow next to Zoom Online Class, click Set Link to Open in New Window

7. The direct Web Link to your Zoom class is now in the navigation menu
