Access to projects and repos within an organization is delegated via teams. To create a team, do the following:
Go to the teams page under the Syracuse University organization: https://github.com/orgs/SyracuseUniversity/teams
Click on the green button labeled New Team.
Give your team a name and description, and set the visibility and access settings as necessary
Click on the green button Create Team
