The three projectors use special software to merge and blend the displays into one large display.

  • Login to computer using arch-224 account

Turn on the projectors

  • Double click the Epson Projector Management icon on the desktop.

  • Enable all three projectors with using the checkboxes, then click Power > On

  • Wait for the projectors to turn on. The desktop will look misaligned. This is normal and is fixed later.

Start Immersive Display

  • Double click the Immersive Display icon on the desktop.

  • In the main window, left click anywhere on the strip with the three projectors. A long popup list will appear. Click External calibration (.procalib).

  • In the file selection window, select the file ‘calibration calibration 250218a.procalib’ procaliband click Open. Nothing will appear to change.

  • Now click the ‘Enable Desktop Warping’ button.

  • The screen will flicker and change into blended mode. You can now move your content to the merged display.

Turn off the projectors

  • First, make sure to Disable Desktop Warping in Immersive Display. Then quit Immersive Display.

  • Double click the Epson Projector Management icon on the merged display.the desktop.

  • Enable all three projectors using the checkboxes, then click Power > Off.

  • Wait for the projectors to turn off.

Troubleshooting

  • Starting Immersive Display gives an error “Displays configuration mismatch!”.

    • Solution: make sure the three projectors are turned on before you start Immersive Display.
