Qualtrics is one of the very few survey providers that gives unlimited support to all users. Every faculty, staff, and student will have access to phone and their support queue.
Having trouble with the features of the application you may contact support by calling 800-340-9194 or following the directions below to submit a Qualtrics Help Request.

After logging into Qualtrics (Login Instructions)
- Select "HelpFrom within the survey, select the"?" in the top right corner
- Select "Contact Support " to send a message or "Support Site" to search the Knowledgebase or Community or "Contact Support" to communicate with Qualtrics Support
- After selecting "Contact Support" select "Sign in with SSO"
- Enter "SyracuseUniversity" as the Organization ID and select "Continue"
Select a response, for a specific issue select “I have a different support request”
Select the “Survey Platform” product from the drop down menu
Select the method you would like to use to contact support

Please note: Chat normally provides the quickest path to move your request forward. Email is typically a 24 hour turn around.
