SUMMER FALL 2024: Apartments : Deadline to apply: Saturday, June 15. Apartments are first come, first served. The last day to submit a summer reservation is Wednesday, MARCH 20.
Housing options are:
- AVA BURBANK,401 N Pass Ave, Burbank, CA 91505:
- Shared Bedroom/Shared Bathroom: $4$5,200 879 per semester (4 students sharing a 2bedroom/2bathroom apartment)
- Private Bedroom/Private Bathroom - $8$11,350 709 per semester (2 students sharing a 2bedroom/2bathroom apartment)
- Parking is included.
- AVA NoHo, 5077 Lankershim Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91601:
- Shared Bedroom/Shared Bathroom: $4$6,450 115 per semester (4 students sharing a 2bedroom/2bathroom apartment)
- Private Bedroom/Private Bathroom - $8$12,850 181 per semester (2 students sharing a 2bedroom/2bathroom apartment)
- Parking is first come, first served and an additional cost of $150/month.
Payment: You can pay Kapi directly on a monthly basis as directed in your lease or you can choose Housing Accommodation Agreement and the University will pay your rent on your behalf and bill your Bursar account. If you wish to pay Kapi directly you do not need to notify us. If you choose to utilize the Housing Accommodation, you must complete the Housing Accommodation form. Housing Accommodation can only be used in conjunction with a lease from Kapi Residences. The $500 security/holding deposit is paid to directly to Kapi whether or not you choose complete the Housing Accommodation form.
The Housing Accommodation Accommodations Agreement is is due by Friday, March 22, 2024 by 10:00 AM Monday, June , 17 2024 by 4PM PT to Lauren Palius at lppalius@syr.edu.
