SPRING SUMMER 2024: Apartments will be on a first come, first served basis, so reserve your apartment ASAP but NO LATER THAN MONDAYFRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6 MARCH 8.
Housing options are:

- Shared Bedroom/Shared Bathroom: $5$4,595 200 per semester (4 students sharing a 2bedroom/2bathroom apartment)
- Private Bedroom/Private Bathroom - $11$8,110 350 per semester (2 students sharing a 2bedroom/2bathroom apartment)
- AVA NoHo, 5077 Lankershim Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91601:
- Shared Bedroom/Shared Bathroom: $6$4,065 per 450 per semester (4 students sharing a 2bedroom/2bathroom apartment)
- Private Bedroom/Private Bathroom - $12$8,050 850 per semester (2 students sharing a 2bedroom/2bathroom apartment)
Payment: You can pay Kapi directly on a monthly basis as directed in your lease or you can choose Housing Accommodation Agreement and the University will pay your rent on your behalf and bill your Bursar account. If you wish to pay Kapi directly you do not need to notify us. If you choose to utilize the Housing Accommodation, you must complete the Housing Accommodation form. Housing Accommodation can only be used in conjunction with a lease from Kapi Residences. The $500 security/holding deposit is paid to directly to Kapi whether or not you choose complete the Housing Accommodation form.
