Fall 2023
For those of you who plan to register on November 2, 2023, please Returning graduate students will register for Fall 2023 on April 5, 2023. Please check your student record on MySlice for any ‘holds’ that may have been placed on your record. You can do that by navigating to MySlice>Student Home>Holds OR MySlice>Student Home>Enrollment>Holds. It may take a few days for a hold to be resolved, so please do check this as soon as possible. Holds may be for billing, immunization, or parking ticket issues.
For incoming graduate students, registration will take place for Fall 2023 on August 1, 2023.
Courses will be registered through the University’s MySlice system. When registering, please make sure that in addition to adding classes to the shopping cart, that you confirm the enrollment when able. For technical issues with MySlice, please contact the University’s ITS service at help@syr.edu.
Registration Waitlist

Fall2023
Use the online form to register for a waitlist. The PAIA department will monitor and move students off the waitlist after registration begins for main campus graduate students on November 2April 5, 2023. Waitlist requests before this date will be handled on a case-by-case basis. In the meantime, you will want to register for a back-up course selection. In previous years, the department has been able to accommodate the majority of students on the waitlists, but those requests may not be processed until the first week of classes.
