1. Go to http://sumail.syr.edu and select "Log into SUmail" (faculty and staff who are taking classes at SU should use:  https://portal.office.com)
2. Login using your SUmail credentials
3. Go to "settings" in the upper right-hand corner (the gear icon next to your name)
4. Select "Office 365 settings"
5. Select "Software"
6. Select "Office"

A list of computers where you have installed Office 365 ProPlus will appear.  Select "deactivate" next to the device to remove the license from that device and make it available for use on another devicecomputer.
