Hands-on Training
Two 3-hour hands-on training sessions are planned for Friday, June 5th, 2015. The training will take place in 115 Physics computer lab from 8:30 to noon and again from 1:00 to 4:30.
This hands-on, interactive session will help participants learn about this Literacy Support software, designed to help students in the areas of Reading, Research, Writing, Vocabulary, and Studying. Read&Write also affords educators ways to provide their students with more accessible and appropriate materials to be able to truly differentiate instruction. A demonstration of how key tools are accessed and used with time to practice will be sprinkled with some basic applications to help all different kinds of learners.
