   1. This will provide access to G: & H: drives
   2. PLEASE BE PATIENT - CONNECTION TIME MAY TAKE UP TO TWO MINUTES TO COMPLETE!!!
2. "Double Hop" to one of the ECS Terminal Servers
   1. From the rds.syr.edu window, open a Remote Desktop Connection to lcs-vc-ts-stu1.ad.syr.edu OR
   2. From the rds.syr.edu window, open a Remote Desktop Connection to lcs-vc-ts-stu2.ad.syr.edu
3. Run software from Start Menu OR AppsAnywhere
