- AV Presentation mode
- This mode is to be used for your classes.
- Courtroom mode
- This mode is limited, and restricts operation of AV equipment to the Judge's Bench position
- If this mode is selected, the control panel on the teaching station itself will reflect that it has been locked out in Courtroom Mode
- Should this be the case when you are setting up for your class:
- Use the control panel on the bench to shut down the system
- Restart from the teaching station's control panel using the steps below
- Should this be the case when you are setting up for your class:
- Audio Only mode
- Not used in this context
Teaching Station Setup
- Tap on the teaching station's control panel to begin
- Choose AV Presentation mode
- Choose source to display
- If Sources panel is not automatically displayed, tap the menu icon in the upper left corner, then select Sources
- Tap the "Lectern" button to select the lectern PC
- Note that you may need to tap this button even if it appears to already be selected
- Turn on projector
- Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner, then select Displays
- Tap to the projector on button
- Adjust lighting
- Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner, then select Lighting
- Tap the button for preset 1
- Turn on lapel microphone
- Remove lapel mic from teaching station drawer
- Pinch the buttons on either side of mic to open the battery door
- Press and not appropriatehold the on/off button until mic powers on
- Check mute switch on top of transmitter pack to ensure that the mic is not muted
- Set up Zoom
- Set up Zoom as usual
- Follow these instructions for further information on setting up Zoom
Teaching Station Shutdown
- Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner
- Select Power Off
