Orientation Office Hours — Online	Recurring, Wednesdays from 11am-12pm ET	The Zoom link to join office hours is posted in the in Blackboard. Join the orientation access and to learn more about ultra courses.
Morning Office Hours for Fall 2023 Opening	Recurring Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 10am from August 21st through September 1st	To support the start of the Fall 2023 semester, OLS staff will be available on Zoom starting at 10am weekday mornings to assist instructors with teaching technology. The Zoom meeting will be staffed until at least 10:30 each morning and longer if instructors are present for assistance.
Afternoon Office Hours for Fall 2023 Opening	Recurring weekday afternoons at 2pm August 21st through September 8th. There will be no office hours on Labor Day, September 4th. OLS has created custom documentation for Syracuse University Instructors on the core features and functions of the ultra course view. The easiest way to browse these pages is to open the sidebar and peruse the page hierarchy for the feature you are interested in. OLS documentation will expand throughout the transition. As this resource develops page names and locations may change. If you are unable to locate a resource, the top-level Blackboard documentation page will have links to ultra documentation.

Blackboard provides in-depth documentation for instructors on all of ultra course view's features. When browsing Blackboard's documentation, look for text at the top of the page reading "You are viewing Ultra Course View content" to ensure that the page is for your ultra course.
